Learn about the Motte and Bailey castle in Old Wolverton, and how the Saxons shaped the landscape along the river’s ever changing path.

This free event takes place on Thursday 12th September at 2pm. Booking is required.

Please meet at Manor Farm Car Park off Old Wolverton Road. What3Words location: ///clipped.spinners.centuries.

The walk will involve hard paths, grassy areas, and some slopes. Please ensure you wear suitable footwear and dress appropriately for the weather.
