Fun Run & Walk 2024

Welcome to Friends of the Caribbean Fun Run and Walk 2024.  This year our focus is raising awareness of health and wellbeing for all. This is the second of two events.  Part one is a Health Forum being held on 20th April.  Further information can be found on our social media information above.  This year, we are collaborating with the African Diaspora Foundation.

Family fun, health and fitness for all abilities.  Everyone will be celebrated in the same way, no matter what distance you select 2K, 5K or 10K.  Music to get you motivated and refreshments afterwards.

Everyone is welcome to walk or run - the Friends of the Caribbean are looking forward to seeing you there!
