We are the charity caring for your parks, lakes, and woodlands, forever. And together, with your help, we can do more. Donations and Legacy Gifts enable us to extend our work beyond the day-to-day maintenance and management of Milton Keynes’ beautiful green spaces.
All donation and legacy gift funds will be committed to projects and initiatives outside of our usual operation, as our investments will continue to cover our core costs. Funds raised through kindness will help us to:
- encourage more communities to engage with nature
- create new habitats for wildlife
- expand our nature-focused education sessions for children and young people
- improve the accessibility of Milton Keynes’ outdoor spaces
- plant more trees and hedgerows, and develop wildflower meadows
- provide traineeships for young people in horticulture, tree work and biodiversity
- restore and protect parkland heritage sites
- enhance play areas.
A parkland project might be something such as the creation of Middleton Wood Meadow, when communities came together to plant more than 5,500 native trees.
