Environmental Awareness

This interactive session is based around the three main principles of the Countryside Code: Respect, Protect and Enjoy.

In this session students explore different elements of the Countryside Code to consider how they can Respect, Protect and Enjoy their local area and how they can be well-prepared for adventures in the great outdoors.

The activities in the session are designed to get students understanding the signage they might see when out and about and to consider how their behaviour might have an impact. This includes how they should act when around wildlife and other park users and how to keep themselves safe in these environments.
