Summary

With mental health being such a huge feature of discussion today, we at The Parks Trust believe that nature can be a great healer.

Designed to create a mindful and peaceful environment, this session’s activities will encourage play, exploration and reflection through connectivity with the natural world around us. We will learn to be at one with nature, and with ourselves by learning all about the life within our green spaces.
