Youth Rangers Volunteer
We are looking for additional volunteers to help with our Youth Rangers sessions – does this sound like something for you?
Youth Rangers are our 14-17 year old volunteers. They meet once a month on a Saturday. The sessions are led by Laura from the Outdoor Learning Team but we need volunteer support as the Youth Rangers attend without a parent or guardian, so we must have 2 adults present. Youth Rangers do practical tasks such as scrub clearance, tree planting and building hedgehog tunnels as well as wildlife identification and surveying. You would need to be able to support them with these tasks.
The commitment would be from 09:00-13:00 one Saturday per month (usually the 3rd Saturday of the month). The location varies each month.
