Trading Spaces
Various locations
We have a limited number of trading spaces located in our car parks. These spots are very popular and some of our tenants have been in place for a number of years.
Whilst our focus remains the maintenance of beautiful green spaces, we recognise that having such amenities in some places helps to attract more park users as well as a sustained presence in the area during unsociable hours. Our chosen traders are responsible for the trading area, including keeping it in good repair and appearance.

Our trading spaces are typically on a 12-month licence, with annual review. Chosen traders must understand and appreciate the work we do, and support us in our charitable aims.
To join our waiting list, you must provide a cover letter outlining your business alongside the following:
- Public liability insurance (minimum £5 million)
- Food Safety Certification, and must be registered with local authority
- Picture of the vehicle(s) to be used on site
