The park follows the Tattenhoe brook as it meanders through eastern Milton Keynes.

About Tattenhoe Valley Park
Tattenhoe Valley Park is a delightful place for a walk, cycle or horse ride, with plenty of wildlife to spot along the way. The series of ponds splashing over rocks which provide a fantastic habitat for insect, bird and waterlife.
At the western edge of Tattenhoe the brook runs through a small woodland, Water Spinney, which is also home to a large population of birds.
There is a trim trail which includes 7 stations which offer a variety of different ways to enhance your fitness. They can used by themselves or incorporated into a jogging circuit for all-round fitness. They stations include:
- Sloping Monkey Bars
- Climber A-Frame
- Up and Over Net
- Rolling Log
- Strength Bench
- Tyre-Flip
- Step Blocks
There are number of play areas within the Tattenhoe Valley. These play areas are not managed or maintained by The Parks Trust.
Early morning and dusk are excellent times to enjoy the insect, bird and water life that live in the park. We have recently carried out work to help increase the biodiversity in the ponds including tree thinning works to provide more light to the waters surface, we used the felled trees to block entry points to the ponds to discourage dogs from entering the water.
