Gather at MK Gallery to hear speakers then take a short walk by torchlight to the Vigil at Milton Keynes Rose. Organisers
The Annual Vigil is organised by representatives and supporters from a coalition of civil society organisations which include Bletchley and Fenny Stratford Town Council, Community Action: MK, MK Fawcett Group, MK Soroptimists, Milton Keynes City Council and the Voices of Women MK Network, which includes MK ACT and the BMK Sexual Assault & Abuse Support Service.
The Milton Keynes Rose was designed by internationally renowned artist Gordon Young and is a vast and impressive open-air circle with markings based on the mathematical beauty of a flower.
