The short event at the Rose will start with a moment of reflection followed by a short performance programme which will include highlights including dance performance from the local Ukraine community, readings, choirs and an opportunity to be part of a shared moment of celebration.
The Milton Keynes Rose was designed by internationally renowned artist Gordon Young and is a vast and impressive open-air circle with markings based on the mathematical beauty of a flower. 106 granite pillars of varying heights emerge from the surface, many of which are inscribed with dates of events that have local, national, or international significance.
Check out the wide variety of events taking place for the Milton Keynes community to enjoy.
