After a summer break, welcome back to our monthly fun run.
Returning after the summer break, Parks & Run is a fantastic way to explore the ancient woodlands of Milton Keynes, improve your physical and mental health, and connect with other like-minded runners. Each event offers short, medium, and long-distance route options, so there's something for everyone. Our friendly volunteer leaders will give a pre-run briefing and check you in once you finish.
What else should you know?
Parks & Run is a self-guided, monthly running event offering three distance options to suit all levels: for this event, the routes available are 2 km, 5 km, and 10 km. The routes are fully marked, and you'll run alongside others, making it a great way to stay motivated. Expect a variety of paths and surfaces as you enjoy the scenic woodlands and trails of Shenley Wood.
- There are no public toilets or cafés at the meeting point, so we recommend bringing your own drink to stay hydrated during the run.
- Under-16s** must be accompanied by an adult.
- No booking is required—just come along and join the fun!
