What is MK Health Walks?

MK Health Walks enable you to make new friends, improve your health, stay active, and have fun for free! This volunteer-led activity offers an excellent opportunity to explore Milton Keynes' green spaces. While all walks are open to anyone, organisers offer a range of walking paces, distances and locations across the city to ensure there are suitable walks for anyone who wants to attend. To give everyone a chance to participate, start times, locations and days of the week vary from walk to walk.

All attendees should be capable of completing the walk, wear appropriate footwear and clothing for the conditions and adhere to the Walk Leaders briefing at all times. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult. Dogs should not attend these events - unless they are an assistance dog. If so they must be on a short lead and take part towards the rear of the group.
